Secretarys Message re WW1 Commemoration
Members may remember that in 2014 we commemorated the start of WW1 reserving a section of the Winter Exhibition for display of members’ paintings that referred to that subject. The Committee has decided that we should do a similar thing to commemorate the ending of the war. We are therefore inviting members to produce suitable paintings to be displayed in the Gallery on the Featured Artist wall in the weeks preceding the Winter Exhibition. The pictures will then be transferred to a section of the Winter Exhibition display. Further details of handing in dates etc. will be available later.
