As mentioned in the Complementary Colours Newsletter (Issue 2), the management team at the club Gallery are continuing with plans to develop an area within the Gallery for a “Featured Artist of the Month”.
For a fixed fee of £20, the featured artist will have full use of the reserved area to display as many of their paintings as they wish for a period of one calendar month. The featured artist may change the display during the month and can replace any paintings which may be sold. It is suggested that a brief biography and recent photograph be supplied to complement the display. The usual Gallery commission fees will apply.
Any members who are interested in taking advantage of this facility can add their name to the lists either in the club studio or at the Gallery. Both Jim Mclure and Syd Reeve will be happy to provide further details.
