Further to the News post relating to the arrangements for the 2018 Winter Exhibition, the following further information is advised:
1. Members who are be unable to bring their entries to The Exhibition venue at the Kingsgate Centre, may, by prior arrangement with either of the Gallery Co-ordinators leave their exhibits at the Gallery during the previous week. Similarly, members unable to collect unsold work at the close of the exhibition, may, by prior arrangement with either of the Gallery Co-ordinators have them collected and taken to the Gallery for collection at a later date.
2. The current Gallery hanging period runs through until 5th January, however, should any members wish to transfer any of these exhibits to the Winter Exhibition (on a temporary basis) this can be accommodated, again by prior arrangement with either of the Gallery Co-ordinators.
3. It is important that requests for such assistance are cleared with Gallery Co-ordinating Staff no later than the week before the event.
