At a committee meeting held on 12 September 2024 some changes to the structure / make up of the club committee were agreed. The changes reflect new administrative arrangements relating to the previously vacant post of Secretary. The changes involve (a) the creation of a new post designated as Membership Secretary, (b) the previous secretarial duties surrounding meeting agendas, co-ordinating reports, taking of and distribution of minutes will be undertaken by committee members on a rotational basis and (c) The appointment of a club secretary who will serve as one of the four principal office bearers, be a bank signatory, a focal point for external agencies and co-ordinate overall secretarial functions. The revised make up of the committee is as follows:
