New alternative arrangements have been introduced whereby members will be given the opportunity to receive payments for pictures sold (with accompanying information about items sold) via bank transfer To facilitate this, members will be invited to provide the club with their banking details. A form for entry of bank details together with information about the Club’s Data Protection Policy will be provided to every member in the very near future. Completed forms may be returned, in a sealed envelope, to any Committee member who will put them into a file in the Club’s safe in the Studio. Alternatively, they may be emailed to Helen. Once the details have been entered on the Club’s banking system, forms and emails will be destroyed.
