Email addresses provided via our Contact Us Page are used solely for the purpose of communication between us and the sender. Information provided is not shared with any third party.

What we do with your data

We process your personal data to help provide you with information related to our activities and events and to respond to your enquiries, comments and complaints. We keep your data private and store it securely at facilities related to or belonging to Dunfermline Art Club.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. The Website Administrator may see, edit or delete such information.

  • The Club also collects and stores personal data relating to visiting artists (name, email and telephone number).  Where an electronic payment is requested by a visiting artist, their bank details will be used within Xero.
